A Taste of Thai

So I've been eating these quick meal noodles. As I write this post, a box of Peanut Noodles (pictured) is waiting for my consumption. I've also tried their Coconut Ginger Noodles and Red Curry Noodles. Just like any quick noodle meals, this one is not a healthy option. The Peanut Noodle has 330 cal and 490mg of sodium. Yeah, I know. But it was on sale for $0.75 and I wanted to try it. I like them, actually. They're quite flavorful, surprisingly. It takes 5 minutes to cook. You zap them in the microwave for 3 minutes, stir the noodles, zap for another minute, and then let them rest for another minute. I add an egg after the 3 min mark. Their website here has recipes and cooking videos. Unexpected.
