I really really doubt my ability to sleep before 10 pm. Hehe. Okay, here's a dose of reality:
1. Fasting is one of my least favorite spiritual disciplines.
----- I don't want to fast so soon after I just started Weight Watchers because my body has not yet adjusted to the lesser food intake and it's unhealthy to suddenly deprive it of more food since it could go into starvation mode, and I'll only come out fatter.
