I knew I shouldn't have ignored that nagging voice telling me to put on sunblock. I rationalized that I was wearing sweats and a long sleeve shirt. I don't need sunblock. But I did, because I looked in the mirror and there is was. Sunburn at the base of my neck. Just about the only skin I had exposed to the sun today, save my hands and face. I went to Disneyworld and Hawaii this summer, and I managed to stay burn free. I spent 3 hours at the park, did my best to stay in the shade, and I get burned. Go figure.
